During stress awareness month we'd like to help you alleviate a preventable struggle with this simple tip: Have you tried palming? Close your eyes and place your palms against your eyes. Apply gentle pressure for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Palming helps tight eye muscles relax and may also improve eye lubrication. Go ahead, try it! Before I picked my glasses he had me look around with the proscription I’m getting to make sure I felt comfortable and can see. Amazing experience amazing staff. If you need your eyes checked don’t waste your time somewhere else come here. You won’t be disappointed.
